Delivery Questions

We send out orders every day Monday to Friday for delivery across the UK.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, which is £3.49 or FREE over £50 spend.

We also offer an express service, using Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.99.

The option to select a service is offered to you at the checkout. You need to order before 2:00pm Monday to Friday to get a next day delivery. Please note this is NOT a guaranteed service. Small delays may occur during periods of high demand.

We use Royal Mail couriers who will email you updates for the progress of your order delivery. Some of our parcels require a signature, for parcels containing alcohol, this must be signed for by someone over 18 years of age. Please note that if you are not able to accept the parcel you will need to collect this from your local sorting office. The Royal Mail have updated their guidance for signed for services during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In order to protect both our people and customers as much as possible, we are minimising contact during delivery. We will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures but instead log the name of the person accepting the item. Additionally, for all customers where we need to deliver any item that won’t fit through your letterbox, we will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, we will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.

Payment Questions

We offer multiple options to pay for your order, the Braintree Gateway is used to securely process all credit, debit card and PayPal transactions. Your card details are only entered into the secure Braintree or Paypal website and we do not store any payment details on our own web site. You can also choose to pay via Apple Pay or Android Pay these are again processed via Braintree.

Only one voucher code can be used per order placed, please enter your voucher code during checkout.
